Brigitte Surberg, sent us her Prime Numbers Windsock all the way from Germany. We were very proud to have it and we installed it right next to the gallery door, just outside of Robyn Love’s Knitted Mile. Then there was an unfortunate accident, and the windsock was pulled down and dragged through the rain. However, Alison Harvey took it home, washed it, and we have it again to be installed in a better place very soon.
She has given us her pattern here.
Prime Numbers Windbag: shows the proportions, volumes and colors of the first 20 prime numbers: 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67 and 77.

it is very interesting and alternative point of view of knitting ,creating shapes with yarn .I work on that too.
